First, get Telegram
Telegram is a free messaging app for phones, tablets, and computers. Nailspiracy Academy uses a private Telegram bot as your course space, so there is no separate website password to remember.
Download Telegram

Activate your course
Your access link is personal and connects your purchase to your Telegram account. Complete every step below.
Find your Nailspiracy email
Open the course access email sent after your order was confirmed. If you cannot see it, check Spam, Promotions, and Updates.
Tap the course access button
Use the button inside that email. Open it on the device where you use Telegram. Do not forward this personal link.
Confirm “Open Telegram”
Your browser may ask permission to open the Telegram app. Confirm the message to continue to the Nailspiracy Academy bot.
Tap Start inside the bot
This step activates your enrollment. Simply opening the bot is not enough. Look for the Start button at the bottom of the conversation.
Open your course menu
The bot will send a welcome message and display the content included with your plan. Use its buttons to open modules, lessons, videos, files, and assignments.
Keep the bot easy to find
Pin the Nailspiracy Academy bot or add it to a Telegram folder. Your training remains available in this same conversation.
Know where everything lives
Telegram may show a bot, a group, and a channel. They serve different purposes.
Course bot
Your private learning space. This is where you open lessons, videos, materials, assignments, and your course menu.
Student group
A shared discussion space for questions, feedback, and communication with other students when included with your plan.
Updates channel
A one-way space for announcements and updates. It is useful, but it is not the place where your lessons are stored.
Good to know
You do not need to create a Zenedu account or remember another password. Your Telegram account and the private access link from Nailspiracy connect you to the course.

Before contacting support, try these quick checks:
- Open your personal access link from the original order email again.
- Make sure Telegram opened the correct account if you use multiple phone numbers.
- Return to the bot and confirm that you tapped Start.
- Search your Telegram chats for the Nailspiracy Academy bot.
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a screenshot of what you see. Never send anyone your Telegram login code or password.
