Acrygel

Acrygel is a gel-acrylic hybrid used for building artificial nail structure. Its dense, putty-like consistency gives the technician time to position and shape the material without the rapid air-setting behavior associated with traditional acrylic systems. The product remains workable until it is cured under a compatible UV or LED lamp.

NAILSPIRACY ACRYGEL is intended primarily for sculpted extensions and can also be used for overlays and reinforcement when the service requires controlled product placement and additional structure.

Acrygel and products commonly searched for as “polygel” belong to the same general category of thick gel-acrylic hybrid nail enhancement materials. However, POLYGEL® is a registered brand name. NAILSPIRACY manufactures and sells its own product as ACRYGEL and does not present it as POLYGEL®.

1. Prepare: Complete professional nail preparation and apply the base product required by the service protocol.
2. Place: Use the spatula side of an Acrygel Brush with Spatula to remove and position the required amount of ACRYGEL.
3. Shape: Lightly moisten the brush with a compatible slip solution, then press and guide the product into the required length, apex, sidewalls, and free-edge structure.
4. Cure: Cure for 60 seconds under an LED lamp or 120 seconds under a UV lamp.
5. Refine: File and buff the cured enhancement to perfect the architecture and surface.
6. Finish: Apply the selected top coat, such as GLAZE No-Wipe Gloss Top Coat, and cure according to its instructions.

Application control: Use only enough slip solution to prevent the brush from sticking. Excess liquid can make product control more difficult. Exact product quantity depends on the extension length and required structure.

1. Select a Dual Form that fits the natural nail from sidewall to sidewall.
2. Place ACRYGEL inside the form with a spatula.
3. Shape the product with a brush and slip solution, keeping sufficient material in the stress area.
4. Position the form from the cuticle area toward the free edge and remove excess product before curing.
5. Cure fully, remove the form, then refine the extension with a file or E-file.

Compared with Builder Gel: ACRYGEL has a denser, more moldable consistency. It is pressed and shaped into position rather than relying primarily on self-leveling movement.

Compared with Traditional Acrylic: ACRYGEL does not rely on rapid air setting during sculpting. The technician controls the working time and cures the completed structure under a UV or LED lamp.
