Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for eligible high-technology nail equipment, including but not limited to:
- Professional E-File Machines
- UV/LED Nail Lamps
- Nail Dust Collectors / Extraction Fans
- Other electronic nail care devices
Due to hygiene and safety standards, consumable products — such as gels, polishes, powders, liquids, brushes, and other non-electronic tools — are non-returnable.
Return Window
You must initiate your return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after the 30-day period cannot be processed.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- All factory seals, tamper-proof stickers, and security tags must be intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or altered packaging will not qualify.
Free Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible items. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label, affix it securely to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or installed products.
- Products missing original packaging or security seals.
- Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First – Email support@nailspiracy.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Approval & Label – If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid return label.
- Package & Ship – Pack the product securely in its original box, attach the label, and ship it back to us.
- Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Such items are 100% refundable or eligible for free replacement after inspection.
